Month-by-Month Approach to Transition Resources

Overview:

During the 2019-20 school year, nearly 70 Kansas educators took part in a year-long TASN ATBS book study and collaborative effort to implement high quality transition practices in their programs. Included below are documents, ideas, PowerPoints and resources shared by the members of this group.
