Make-Up Sessions
Participants who miss all or part of a facilitated training day are responsible for seeking a make-up opportunity. As a first step, participants should contact their cohort's LETRS Local Certified Facilitator (LCF) to determine whether a make-up option is available within their cohort. If a make-up option is not available, participants should contact nearby school districts with LCFs or regional service centers to inquire about available space in a corresponding unit training.
A list of potential training dates by unit is available here. This list is not exhaustive. If you do not find a suitable session, you are encouraged to reach out to nearby districts and service centers directly. A list of districts and service centers with LCFs can be found here.
Make-up opportunities are dependent upon cohort schedules and available capacity.
Unit 8, Part 2 Only Virtual Make-Up Sessions
Virtual make-up sessions remain only for Unit 8, Part 2 of the LETRS course. All virtual make-up opportunities will conclude November 19, 2026.
Capacity in trainings is limited. No additional training dates or future virtual options will be provided.
- Make-up sessions can be accessed in the Kansas LETRS Virtual Unit Sessions online platform managed by Lexia.
- If you have not used this site before you will need to create a new account using email address associated with your LETRS course.
- Select Unit 8 under “What are you registering for?”
