• KSDE Outcomes Web System (OWS) Part B Application Registration - This document provides an easy-to-follow process for registering to access the Outcome Web System (OWS).

• Part C to Part B Electronic Referral System (CBER System) - This database is used to monitor and accept Part C referrals to your LEA. Requires Login.  CBER System User Guide.

Kansas Integrated Accountability System (KIAS)

• Kansas Integrated Accountability System (KIAS) - KSDE's general supervision system and integrated monitoring protocol to improve outcomes for students and ensure compliance with state and federal law. This includes oversight and support of federal Title programs, federal and state special education programs, and certain state programs. See the KIAS Fact Sheet for an overview.
