This document is a guide for teachers to complete when paraprofessionals and other support staff implement lessons so that all expectations of the lesson are communicated to the implementer. 

After completing this study, participants will be able to implement at least one new strategy to support students in communicating their wants, needs, opinions and desires in a functionally appropriate way.
