Trauma-Responsive Student Support Plans

This packet provides teams with several resources that can be used to create, implement, and review trauma-responsive functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and student support plans (SSPs). These resources include blank forms, information on factors related to functions of behaviors, a User's Guide for completing the trauma-responsive FBA/SSP form, discussion of setting conditions, and a sample form for reference.
