Goal Sheet to Reduce ESI

This goal sheet allows you to create a goal or goals to reduce the use of Emergency Safety Interventions within a building using the SMART goals format. This sheet also allows you to track and graph the progress towards the goal(s). This document corresponds with the 6 Key Components for Reducing ESI document that provides an overview of how to reduce the use of ESI within a building.
