It's All About You! training is now split up into 4 different events to make the content more manageable to process and implement. Event 4 is offered annually and attending the other events first is NOT required. Event 4 is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to lead cohesive teams while maintaining exemplary standards of treatment integrity, thereby fostering student success. Participants will acquire techniques for consistent communication to attain team objectives, deliver training to fellow staff members with built-in mechanisms for monitoring skill implementation, adapt support systems to enhance staff performance, recognize staff advancements toward set goals, and evaluate the effectiveness of their provided support. Participants, preferably those that supervise paraprofessionals, are expected to complete the Treatment Integrity & Performance Feedback section of the It's All About You! Moodle module and the pre-training section of the Building a Cohesive Team Self-Assessment (to gather a baseline of component implementation) prior to attending the training. After the training, participants are expected to engage in follow-up coaching with a TASN coach to support their implementation of the components taught at the training. On Day 2 of the training, October 8, 2025, participants will share their progress with implementing the components of Building a Cohesive team by discussing their completed PowerPoint from a template that embeds the required components.
