This two-part webinar series will focus on the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills-Revised (ABLLS-R) protocol. Part 1 will provide an overview of the ABLLS-R, which include the steps to administer and score this tool. Part 2 will focus on using the information from the ABLLS-‐R to create a verbal behavior program. This information will review the Behavior Language Assessment tool and its use in getting a verbal behavior program started prior to the complete administration of the ABLLS-R.
Teresa Schultz received a BS/MA in Speech/Language Pathology with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education. She was a speech pathologist for 33 years in Lincoln Public Schools, mainly in an ECSE classroom. Ms. Schultz worked as the speech pathologist with the EXCEED grant at UNLs Ruth Staples Lab for 3 years and is now in private practice with students with autism and other disabilities. Ms. Schultz received/provided a variety of training over the years in areas such as PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System, TEACCH and Intensive Teaching of Verbal Behavior Skills.
