This half-day training is designed to train WSU graduate students and community members of autism and the clinical diagnostic process from a family’s concern to diagnosis. Teams will learn from Sarah Behrens of TASN Autism and Tertiary Behavior Supports about autism and differential diagnosis, appropriate screening tools, and a variety of assessment tools, including the ADOS-2 and CARS-2. In addition, the team will become knowledgeable of the diagnostic process within the WSU community.
