Course description

Whether triggered by trauma, strong emotions, relational dynamics, habitual learned reactions, or toxic stress, challenging behavior requires a skillful response to ultimately result in learning and growth. Together we’ll explore how to use data as your compass and chart various courses to navigate you and your students from stormy seas to smoother sailing. You will learn about: 

  • Data based decision-making
  • De-escalation
  • Self-regulation Instruction
  • Functional Behavior Assessment and Planning
