Course description

Do you want to learn about strategies that meet IDEA requirements but also help enrich the post-school outcomes process for students?   In this half-day professional development, participants will learn how to ensure that all components of the transition planning process are aligned to create a meaningful secondary transition plan, along with learning about resources and planning tools.  This professional development opportunity is designed for secondary teachers and transition specialists/coordinators.
