Kansas Youth Suicide Awareness

The Kansas Youth Suicide Awareness resource provides critical information for families and community members regarding the silent epidemic of youth suicide in Kansas. This resource provides an overview of the Jason Flatt Youth Suicide Awareness Act in Kansas, as well as providing a list of warning signs, potential causes, and available supports to help prevent teen suicide.

This resource was created through a partnership between Families Together, Inc., Kansas Parent Information Resource Center (KPIRC), and the TASN School Mental Health Initiative (SMHI). (Updated 2021.03)
