Now that the leadership team is in place, it's time to begin the work of school improvment. Long gone are the days of QPA and the big three ring notebook on the shelf. The leadership team will engage in a continuous improvement process that is always assessing current practice relative to indicators of effectiveness, planning steps to full implmentation and montioring progress.
