Building Leadership Teams and PLCs can use this checklist for two purposes:
It will be important for teachers to use this checklist either monthly or at least quarterly to check the fidelity of Tier 1 components being taught.
For Tier 2 in-class supports, it will be important to use this for each student identified as needing an in-class support and to review the use of these supports at least twice a month with the PLC. This checklist can be used as an informal way to progress monitor whether the supports are occurring. It will important to combine this checklist with the ABCS data when monitoring progress to determine if the in-class supports are sufficient to mitigate the needs.
