Engaging Families in Middle and High School Using the Individual Plan of Study

The Individual Plan of Study (IPS) process provides a fresh opportunity for schools to engage families in their student's career development in middle school and high school when families can become unsure of their educational roles. Including families in the IPS process engages them in the career development of their child which research shows serves as a key driver for optimizing youth development.
