OVERVIEW
This webinar will describe the Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF) for direct integration of mental health and other community providers through multi-tiered school-based teams to help design and deliver an expanded continuum of interventions from prevention through intensive interventions. Examples of ISF in action, including examples of integrating trauma-informed care through a multi-tiered system of support will be shared.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Participants will learn how school-wide systems of positive behavior support can serve as a framework for an expanded continuum of mental health interventions.
- Participants will learn strategies for effectively integrating community and school-based mental health providers for an expanded system of behavioral health support.
- Participants will become familiar with tools to guide the development and implementation of an Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF) to effectively expand school-based systems of behavior and mental health support.
