This podcast is designed to provide administrators with a clear understanding of the KILT Co-Teaching and Coaching Project and how it supports districts across Kansas. Throughout the four episodes, the podcast explores what is meant by co-teaching, including key definitions and models, as well as the rationale—the “why”—behind the Co-Teaching and Coaching project. The podcast will address essential information administrators need to know, including the role of the co-teaching coach and the expectations for co-teachers within the district.
Our goal is to ensure administrators have a comprehensive understanding of how the project is structured and how each role contributes to successful implementation. We hope the Co-Teaching and Coaching Administrator Podcast serves as a helpful resource.
