Course description

Join us for learning and discussion about secondary transition.  Hear from agency partners, Vocational Rehabilitation and Pre-ETS, Aetna (KanCare Managed Care Organization), Working Healthy and Families Together about services and resources they can provide for your students. Discussion will focus on making connections to support student success with post-school outcomes. The Kansas Council for Developmental Disabilities (KCDD) will facilitate a panel of experts from invited agencies.  Participants will have an opportunity for questions.
