Register now for the free, in-person Kansans Can Competency Leadership Team Training on August 6th in Topeka, KS. Your school leadership and educators who can serve as competency coaches (e.g., school counselors, interventionists, teacher leaders) are invited to participate in this free, half-day meeting (10am-3pm). The training is designed for schools considering or actively implementing competency instruction (i.e., assertiveness, self-efficacy, self-regulation or conflict management) in Grades K–12. Attending as a team is recommended, but individuals are also welcome (note, each person needs a separate registration). We look forward to bringing together leadership to learn about and plan around five implementation goals:
