Course description

This training will guide participants through a series of steps that will result in a deeper understanding of the speaker’s intent. The goal is to help interpreters change their approach to the interpreting process, which will result in interpretations that more clearly convey the speaker’s implied intent. When we understand the speaker’s intentions we can then ensure that sign selections are semantically appropriate.
