Course description

Strategic Writing Instruction, part of the Strategic Instruction Model™ (SIM), is one of the leading evidence-based programs in the country designed to help educators teach students how to write. At a time when Common Core State Standards, most state standards, minimal competency exams, and college entrance exams require students to write at a high level of competence, Strategic Writing Instruction has been shown to enable educators to help students meet those standards and achieve high levels of success. Registration may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will also not be refunded.
