Screen Time and Young Minds: What's the Real Impact - And What Can We Do Instead?
We live in a digital world surrounded by computers and technology everywhere we go. This can make it increasingly more complex to raise a child to be physically, mentally, and socially healthy. Children need the same three things they've always needed to grow and develop: play, conversations with other people, and interacting with objects in the real world. This training will provide information about building a child's brain for educational success. Participant will leave with a better understanding of the effects of screen time on young brains and with several strategies and tips that can be applied into daily family life.
