Course description
This Pre-Conference is open to SEA staff members, contractors and others who are involved with state complaint investigations. This is always an informative, fun, and popular session. The purpose of this session is to provide strategies and offer best practices regarding state complaint investigations. This is an opportunity for you to network with other state complaint investigators.
