The Kansas Inclusive Learning and Teaching (KILT) Project's UnBook Study series supports our shared mission of creating inclusive learning environments through meaningful conversations around curated resources. This year's theme explores Executive Function (EF): Implications for Education & Inclusion, examining the brain's "management system" responsible for skills like working memory, attention, planning, organization, self-regulation, and cognitive flexibility. Each quarter, we'll engage with articles, podcasts, videos, and practical resources, reflecting together on how strengthening executive function can improve outcomes for all learners and inspire more inclusive practices in our schools and communities.
