Course description

Challenging behavior in the classroom can cause even the most seasoned teacher to
feel frustrated and defeated. Behavior is a form of communication, and this workshop
will help teachers better understand the “Why?” behind children’s actions and what to
do about it. Evidence-based practices will be shared to help children learn new
behaviors and grow in their capacity to self-regulate and feel safe and connected in the
classroom.

Learning Objectives

This training will allow participants to:

  • Understand the why behind a child's actions when they're not regulated
  • Obtain tools to help children struggling with behavior
  • Learn evidence-based practices that help teach students self-regulation

Refund Policy

Registration may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will also not be refunded.
