Note: Prospective facilitators must have previously:
1. Attended In-person Foundations Training
2. Passed cumulative Foundations assessment
3. Received certification of completion

The Kansas Math Project Facilitator Training will provide information and training needed to become an official in-person facilitator for KMP Foundation Modules A-E within your local district. In this training, participants will learn about the body of research literature that serves as a foundation for the project, review content from Foundation Modules A-E, examine the characteristics of high-quality facilitation, explore exclusive facilitator materials and resources, and learn about the expectations involved in becoming an official KMP facilitator.
Today we will learn about:
● The body of research literature at the foundation of the Kansas Math Project;
● The characteristics of high-quality facilitation;
● Locating materials and resources exclusive to Kansas Math Project facilitators;
● Various models of implementation that can be utilized to scale KMP within your district;
● Expectations of official facilitators, including the steps necessary to move forward.
Registration may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will also not be refunded.
