Course description

Mouth Morphemes are an important, yet complicated grammatical feature of American Sign Language. When used correctly, they convey adjectival, adverbial or other descriptive meaning in sign language.

In this workshop, native signer, Gina Grabher, and seasoned interpreter, Bethany Koubsky CI/CT, will lead participants through a variety of activities to improve

recognition of mouth morphemes and how to apply them in sign language interpretation.
