OMB published the final Uniform Grants Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) updates on August 13, 2020! Accordingly, Brustein & Manasevit, PLLC updated it compilation of federal grants compliance materials to create the most up-to-date handbook to assist federal grants administrators navigate the often complex rules around allowability and use of federal education funds. The new 5th Ed. updates include the entire 2 CFR Part 200 final updates with impactful changes to procurement, timeliness of spending, pre-award costs, liquidation periods, budget period, indirect costs and more. It also includes excepts of the General Education Provisions Act (GEPA), the time and effort requirements from ED’s Cost Allocation Guidance, and ED guidance related to the provision of food.
