Do you need research-based behavior interventions that you can put in place quickly, easily implement across classroom environments, and empower students to manage their own behavior? Do you want all of the intervention resources, including assessments and student monitoring forms, for FREE? Join the Kansans Can Competency Framework and Kansas MTSS and Alignment to learn a 5-step intervention protocol. Case studies and resources will focus on the intrapersonal competency, Self-Efficacy. Leave Day 1 ready to implement an intervention plan. In February, join us for small group virtual coaching to discuss strengths, challenges, and next steps. On Day 2, April 23rd, you will plan for expanding and systemizing implementation.
We recommend attending as a team. This professional development is appropriate for school mental health professionals, interventionists, teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators.
Prior to Day 1, review the Self-Efficacy Infographic and think about the student and classroom benefits. How would your students become better learners if empowered with self-efficacy strategies?
