Course description
This session will help you understand what you need to know as an administrator/leader to best support your teachers, so that they truly acquire the knowledge and skills to support their educators in successful LETRS implementation. You will learn the “why” and “what” of LETRS, as well as how you can support your teachers in LETRS. Administrators who attend this session will have access to a checklist that they can use to guide their planning of a successful LETRS initiative.

Learning Objectives
- Understand why LETRS is needed professional learning
- Learn about what LETRS is, what it isn't, and the components of LETRS that all lend themselves to successful acquistion of knowledge
- Learn about the implementation of LETRS and the necessity of the Bridge to Practice activities
- Identify my next steps as a leader to best support my teachers in their LETRS course
