An evaluation summary report provides an annual snapshot of outputs and outcomes for a TASN project. This is a brief summary highlighting some of the TASN Coordination project's 2022–23 achievements.

This document is the Executive Summary from WestEd upon completion of the 4 year independent external evaluation of Kansas MTSS and Alignment.

This form will help you determine a starting point for an assessment using the ABLLS.  Answer the questions and then use the last couple of pages to get a range of where to start assessing, so you can begin with programming.
