“Braille Early Literacy: FREE Braille and Twin Vision Books” contains places where a visually impaired child's teachers and parents can get free braille or twin vision books. None of these sources are affiliated with KIRC: KIRC also has a small circulating library of braille and twin vision books for registered visually impaired students in Kansas.
