Reevaluation Requirements

This training reviews requirements for conducting reevaluation.  Sections include steps in the reevaluation process, options for triennial reevaluation, using existing data for the reevaluation, timelines, and determining continued eligibility.  Three handouts accompany these powerpoint slides:  Simple Reevaluation Decision Tree, Information for Review of Existing Data for Reevaluation, and Example Team Report of Using Existing Data for Reevaluation.
