This newsletter focuses on the role of the Leadership Team at the district and building levels. We know these teams are tasked with creating and prioritizing goals based on data and alignment to the system. The beginning portion of the school year provides teams with the opportunity to align to the organization's vision, consider team strengths and seek growth points around school improvement efforts.
