Postsecondary Transition Planning and Students with Complex Support Needs resource was developed under the Transition Improvement Grant (TIG) through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.. This resource provides guideing questions to assist IEP teams in discussing and creating a purposeful and meaningful Postseconday Transition Plan. The resource also provides 4 scenarios and postsecondary transition plans involving students with complex support needs.
