Introduction - Nervous System Regulation Tools Video (Children and Youth)

In recognition of the need for evidence-based, universal, trauma-responsive practices that support the complete physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of children, youth, staff, and caregivers, the TASN School Mental Health Initiative has partnered with The School Wellness Project to develop an online video series introducing practices that can be: a) instructionally embedded, and b) accessible to all.

This 13-minute introduction video is to be used as part of the Nervous System Regulation Tools, Application for Children and Youth videos.

Please Note: This video may include the language “mindfulness” and “yoga”. These practices are also known as nervous system regulation practices.
