To ensure that TASN professional development events address adult learning principles, the Observation Checklist for High-Quality Professional Development (Version3) (Gaumer Erickson et al., 2020) can be referenced when designing and developing trainings. It is also used by the TASN Evaluation team to observe TASN projects’ professional development events and provide feedback.
