Coaching 101

September 13, 2019 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Structured coaching conversations increase the sense of professional support, efficacy, and independence in education. Make professional conversations count! As teachers, coaching practices support collaboration with paraprofessional staff and team members. Administrators and instructional coaches will learn to use coaching to support educators as they implement best educational practices. Learn, practice, and return to your educational community ready to foster reflection and build capacity.
