Families Together Inc. has been the Families-To-Family Health Information Center for over 13 years. The F2F provides one on one assistance, training and information to families who have children with special health care needs. This includes information about transitioning to adult health care, family engagement in the health care process, individualized health care plans, accessing and understanding waivers, and how to include health care support in the IEP process.
Registration may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will also not be refunded.
