In this three-day training, participants will learn evidence-based instructional strategies for students with behavioral challenges, ASD, intellectual disabilities, and complex needs. The focus is on reshaping the learning environment through adult behavior change to foster positive outcomes for all students.
The Train the Trainer model equips participants to train others in their districts, including direct care staff, teachers, and service providers. Competency in learned skills will be demonstrated through applied activities in the classroom, shared on day 3.
Designed for those directly working with students, trainers, service providers, and educational leaders, this training is ideal for confident individuals in an applied learning context. Teams of two or more are recommended.
