What is the Kansas Public Schools Behavior Analyst Network?
KAPSBAN is a professional network designed to support behavior analysts (BCBAs, BCaBAs, or trainees completing a BACB verified course sequence) who work in Kansas public schools!
Aims of the Network
- To create a professional learning community that provides a system of support and mentorship, networking opportunities, an appreciation of different perspectives, and increased engagement in scholarship
- To provide a framework that assists school-based behavior analysts in understanding and defining their roles and responsibilities within educational settings
- To assist school division administrators, human resource professionals, and others in understanding the complex and unique roles of school-based behavior analysts
- To provide free online continuing education opportunities to Kansas school-based behavior analysts to reduce financial costs and travel expenses to maintain licensure
Member Support
KASPBAN is dedicated to meeting the needs of its members through networking, resources, and support. Members can participate in regular continuing education events as well as opportunities to meet with, and get to know, other behavior analysts working in public schools.

1. Identify how to access TASN ATBS resources and support.
2. Describe the purpose of KAPSBAN.
3. Engage in networking activity.
4. Complete a survey to help create future networking opportunities.
5. Prepare for the next KAPSBAN event.
Refund Policy
Registration may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will also not be refunded.
