The purpose of this webinar is to provide practical strategies to use with students in virtual programs to build relationships and increase student engagement. 

When students feel useful, they have a sense of purpose and contribution to the school community. This sense of purpose motivates them to engage actively in learning and school activities, as they understand the values of their contributions.

Presented by Kristi Teall, School Design Strategist from Michigan Virtual, this webinar will help you learn how to structure a virtual learning environment so that student's feel a sense of usefulness. If students feel useful, then they are engaged in learning.
