Come join KSDE and the Kansas Technical Assistance Team (TAT) for the secondary transition workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to increase understanding of the essential elements that must be part of a student’s transition planning process for successful post-school outcomes. Participants will learn what transition services and resources are available to assist students in the transition process.
