Course description

The Kansas Council on Developmental Disabilities (KCDD) serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through advocacy, public policy, and education.  The Council's mission is to empower individuals with I/DD and their families to lead systems change, build capacity, and advocate for inclusive, integrated, accessibile communities where everyone belongs and thrives.

In this webinar, KCDD will provide an overview of the Council's work, including current programmatic and advocacy efforts as well as a brief overview of the Intellectual and Developmental Disability Waiver and resources to assist with service navigation.
