Neglected or Delinquent CSPR Training

This training will focus on what data is collected for CSPR (Evaluation Component) and how to improve data collection for better accuracy. 

• Understand the purpose of CSPR reporting​
  • Explain why accurate data collection and reporting for Neglected or Delinquent facilities is essential for compliance and program evaluation.​
• Identify key data elements and timelines​
  • Recognize which demographic and academic outcome data points must be tracked from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025, and why consistency year-to-year matters. ​
• Apply validation checks for data accuracy​
  • Ensure subgroup totals (gender, ethnicity, race, age) correctly sum to unduplicated student counts.​
  • Verify that academic and career outcomes do not exceed the total number of students served.​​
