Autism and Early Childhood: A Four Part Series exploring levels of play, and learning strategies for meaningful engagement. In Part 3: Teaching Object Based Play, participants will: • Learn about the key aspects of imitation and why it is important? Why is imitation difficult for children for Autism? • How to use behavior principles to teach object based play • How to sequence learned play steps into more complex play schemes
