LEA staff completing MOE and Excess Cost reports are invited to attend Open Office Hours. We will meet on Tuesdays from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Please review the schedule below for dates and topics to attend sessions that best meet your needs. Attendance is not required but encouraged for new staff members.

November 10 - MOE and Excess Cost overview for member districts*
November 17 – MOE and Excess Cost overview for member districts*

*November 10 and 17 will focus on member district reports. However, member districts are welcome to attend all sessions.

MOE and Excess Cost collection window dates:
November 16 - MOE and Excess Cost collection window opens
December 15 – Due date for member districts of cooperatives/interlocals
January 14 - MOE and Excess Cost collection window closes
Registration may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will also not be refunded.
