Course description
The leap between trainings and workshops to classroom implementation is often challenging. Evidence tells us that coaching increases the likelihood that newly acquired information will be implemented. The numbers are significant. Skills from workshops and trainings typically result in implementation of that information only 10-20 percent of the time. With coaching, that number rises to between 80 and 90 percent. Structured coaching conversations increase the sense of professional support, efficacy, and independence in education. It improves interdependent relationships and school culture as well. Learn, practice, and return to your educational community ready to foster reflection and build capacity.
