Course description

Structured coaching conversations increase the sense of professional support, efficacy, and independence in education. Make professional conversations count! As teachers, coaching practices support collaboration with paraprofessional staff and team members. Administrators and instructional coaches will learn to use coaching to support educators as they implement best educational practices. Learn, practice, and return to your educational community ready to foster reflection and build capacity.

  • If you are in need of a lactation room the day of the training, please indicate so in the accomodations section of this registration.
  • This training is approved for 6.5 continuing education clock hours for Kansas licensed Speech/Language Pathologists by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.
