Course description

We have an exciting last minute professional development opportunity for new special education teachers who have or who will participate in eMentoring for Student Success (eMSS). Three summers ago, we were fortunate to partner with the Paraprofessional and Resource and Research Center of the University of Colorado Denver to provide new special education teachers with core knowledge and skills to work effectively in teams with paraeducators and other professionals. This two day academy was highly rated by those in attendance and is often mentioned by mentees as one of the best, most useful and applicable days of professional development a special education teacher can attend. Only former or future eMSS mentees are eligible to attend.
